Is it harder to roll without a lifevest on?

it doesnt matter if you lean forwards or backwards, get your paddle out make your head come last and more hipflick and you'll get there :)

he was leaning his body towards the wrong part of the kayak, he was supposed to lean back, and the paddle movement was fine, but towards the other side of the kayak more
