Is this effective in the united states?

@dan1981football Common Law covers theft of your property and any harm done unto yourself. No act is needed, even though they do exist.

I have decided to stop representing the legal person I have represented most of my life- I will also only speak in tongues when speaking to officers representing the statutes

@dan1981football - rape is against Common law- some states – define some acts as rape that are not common law infringements - this is known as statutory rape

@smearyg In Poland an unregistred person is considered unborn. She has no rights whatsoover. Read about people in poor countries, in Asia where family members falsely register their family members as deceased. They lose all right and have to fight a very hard, nearly impossible fight to regain their rights.

more messy in the Netherlands, the "person" has been given another identity by 1 department, telling me my son didnt go to school with that "person" identity and so and so "person" is his mother. Birthcertificates, passport etc. showing you have a different identities, but WTF profits to make i assume, so kidnapped my son, gave him a person father, and me person was married to that man person (?) and created a debt on that and i lost even my home. Lawers being sabotaged till now.
The most important video you may ever see, explaining who you are in the world versus who have been conditioned to believe you are. We were all born into this, we never chose it. - please watch

Pls someone answer my question? If Acts arent laws.. then if someone rapes someone which is an offence under the sexual offences act.. they can only be arrested by consent? Same as if someone commits burglary which is an offence under the theft act.. they have not broken the law and thus can only be prosecuted under consent? If that is true then something is seriously wrong? Pls can someone clarify this for me :)
