3. Take a drink of water between every bite
4. Make food presentable
5. Eat at a dinner table with the TV off

I tried/did drinking water between every bite, & didn't get support from family, they thought I didn't liked the taste of food, as if I was "washing away" the taste.
The good part, it worked, I enjoyed more the taste and got full faster.
