Halloween 6: The Extended Cut Trailer

Originally started in late September 2007, I started a project to edit together the workprint and producer's cut of Halloween 6 to make the longest cut of the movie possible.

Around early March 2008 the editing program used failed and all progress (around an hour into the movie) was lost. I dropped the project soon afterwards.

I recently found the trailer in an old folder and decided to upload it, since I was (and still am) impressed with how well I edited it together. Don't expect to see the Extended Cut to happen though.

Movie footage belongs to Dimension Films

Please do not message me asking for either cut of the movie. I do not own the whole workprint, only clips of stuff that was missing from the Producer's Cut. As for the Producer's Cut, it's not hard to find.

would have been great to see it. all i have is what seems to be the producers cut (the origin of michael myers) blended in with the clearer footage of the theatrical version (the curse of michael myers)

I used to like Halloween 6, until I took an arrow to the knee.

@ApachenMe No it didn't. It helped give us something new and different and tied everything together. It's better than getting the same old story with Michael going on killing people, especially his family for whatever reason. It's fine to not know things in the beginning, but after a bunch of sequels you would want there to be some sort of resolution to all of this.

i got enough people to shoot a halloween film. most are thin so i guess i could pull it off. would love to see how itd play through.

@ThomasBombas As a matter of fact I do. I want to see the Director's Cut so bad because of the extra T-Cut scenes such as the extended conversation of Wynn and Loomis at the end (it was actually longer then it was in the T-Cut and a bit more helpful), Wynn getting beheaded in the operating room massacre, and the part at the end where Kara whispers "Babies!" when she sees the dead fetuses as well as hear the different music scores. But I haven't been able to find these scenes anywhere online.

@harriettewinslow Yes, I have it.... But I HATE that Version. Because even though it EXTENDS the theatrical cut with more gore and shots.... it's still not The Original Lost Version. But, I'm guessing you have some interest in it?
