From wiki:
He (Yoo) contributed to the PATRIOT Act and wrote controversial memos in which he advocated the possible legality of torture and that enemy combatants could be denied protection under the Geneva Conventions.

SUMMATION: John Yoo believes that since other Presidents have violated Constitutionally protected civil liberties, it's OK if Bush does so. He wishes bloggers didn't exist. War is good because somehow civil liberties expand after war. Al Qaeda is a "new kind of enemy" (yawn). Sadly, he doesn't address under which circumstances a child may have his testicles crushed by a "plenary" President.
