Ishmael Khaldi is Israel's first Muslim senior foreign diplomat and is currently a middle east advisor to deputy prime minister and minister of foreign affairs, Avigdor Lieberman.

Khaldi's boss, Lieberman is a hugely controversial figure in Israeli politics due to his ultra right wing, and some would say neo-fascist policy objectives.

In a democratic country like the UK, what are the limits of free speech? Is it right to give a public platform to the spokesman of a "criminal" regime actively engaged in apartheid and ethnic cleansing?

This short film documents the events at a lecture theatre in Edinburgh, Scotland when Khaldi turned up to address an audience of University students
