Can U tell me if I qualify for the Obama's Mortgage Relief Program. We went chapter 13 in may 09. kept out home & pay our mortgage which is under 283K. No car payments & pay the trustee on time. BOM is or mortgage holder who cant seem to tell us yet. If we went chapter 13 can we get the modification still? He makes a good income we were just going under. our house is worth less now than we owe. Its an interest only. yup we got screwed. long story. but can anyone answer if we qualify?
