  • @michhbro hey there, I am off the medications now, been almost a year since I was on any. but i follow a diet pretty strictly. you should check out the website ihaveuc which has tons of details on what I'm talking about. good luck to you!!

  • @ihaveuc hat kid of diet do you follow, i have changed alot of things and have been pretty successful with no meds, and no flare up. But i do Matcha tea everyday.

  • Yesterday I ate a whole bag of frozen Lima beans. I couldn't eat what everyone else was having for dinner. It was kind of a bland dinner but with a couple bottles of water it goes through my body easier than most things.

I like to blend up two bananas with OJ as a drink. Very easy to digest. I've heard that bananas can be bad if they are not ripe enough though. Add plenty of ice cubes to thin it out even more. The crunched up ice after blending adds to the drink. Other juice can also be added

  • @ihaveuc Yeah, all's good in the bowel department. Sleep schedule is all jacked, though. I blame it on school!
