@PuffSmelly No doubt. No matter how you look at the DTES, these people are still fucking vancouverites. Vancouverites are usually pretty fucking smart people. Don't underestimate someone just because they look like a bum. Second dude had a psychology degree under his belt. What are most Americans doing?
