isn't it scary to jump then land on your hands? i'm scared to do it because my arms might get injured because isn't it that your elbows are supposed to be locked when you do a back hand spring?

Glitters171717, its really not as bad as it seems. if you can do a back walkover comfortably, try jumping onto your hands a little. when you feel really comfortable with that, you can try a bhs :) and about your elbows and wrists....it doesnt hurt at all. turn your hands in a little and it will be fine
