Puzzle Quest Lord Bane vs. Deathbringer

The Warrior's Deathbringer spell was a welcome surprise at level 30 but I realized quickly that this spell was immensely overpowered.

From level 1 I put all of my points from leveling up into fire mastery.

The video is just a sample of what Deathbringer can do but picture this:
At a fire mastery of 211 (boosted by a level 50 Dragon Spider), combined with the Firewalker's Staff which adds +1 damage for every 4 red mana, Enraged to a battle of 155 and 131 red mana, when the Deathbringer is activated, not only will ALL SPACES BE REPLACED WITH SKULLS, but they'll generate 11 simultaneous 5 of a kind matches doing 43 damage each (strangely, the 3 3-skull matches left over in the lower right corner don't match right away but they award 37 x 4 damage)

Total damage is ~658 from the first volley. The 5 of a kind matches create 11 wild cards that usually create wild combos for hundreds more colored mana.
