Everyone with a japanese bike older than a year will have had a snapped off plastic lug at some point. They cant just be glued back on as it never holds and will just snap back off again, they are a natural stress point and need beefing up if they are to remain intact...

Here's how i do mine, once done like this... they never break again.... Enjoy.

  • @Rasd4Metta Thanks Rob, its not as common to have to use it in car work, but i have used it on those annoying little plastic plugs that hold the door cards on and snap off every time you remove one..

  • @boulderdsvo I've been using that on my Venture. But you have to damn near sterilize the plastic now or JB just busts right where it was supposed to fix.

  • Genius, thanks dude

  • @Moonfleet41 Well I've been looking around for something I can break so I can try it lol

  • @terroristone You can use baking soda for that "powder". Or stop at a hobby store and get "micro-balloon filler" which is tiny beads of glass.

  • Try "JB Weld".. It won't come off again and if it breaks.. it will break elsewhere..
