This plan of *terror* against the Han in Xinjiang was CLEARLY not some random event that "just happened" but was a clearly planned event by parties either within the Chinese national borders or outside the Chinese national borders.

But it IS clear that it is NOT as reported by the western white media that it was some sort of "spontaneous event".
