Don't know how you think its dry.... the fat running off of it... i did see one portion when he flipped the ribs it looked dry from the angle but if you keep an eye on it when he moves it you see that is obviously isn't.

I think it better than Mandarin BBQ. Maybe because Korea BBQ is a novelty.

How does it look dry? The juices are flowing through the meat as it's cooking in this video. Looks super juicy.

um really? that isn't the case where I live, but if you're not with an asian, you could probably miss some discount opportunities and such since it'd be harder to read their language and stuff

@8HiGHLIFE8 Little did I know that this conversation would tell my future. I have since moved to the Bay Area and really miss LA restaurants. Good Korean is hard to find, and I've spent months and have driven hundreds of miles to find a good dumpling house.

Just the opposite! It was prime short rib, nicely marbled, so it was juicy and tender. Park's has the best meat of any K BBQ place in LA.
