No need to apologise really, that's quite a natural question.

We do try to make the entire testing experience as comfortable for kids as possible but anyway if a child is unable to control a certain position or a movement, naturally he is not going to be too happy :-( However, this is valuable information that allows to evaluate the progress along the way becoming a source of motivation for the parents who are then able to see imnprovements throughout the repeated tests.

why take the diaper off?

Unfortunately, the presence of a diaper obstructs the visibilty of the movement of the pelvis/leg.

We try to be as discreet as possible when filming, however, I still value objective information above political correctness.
