SF Gay Pride Parade 2009 Gay Family Values

So my family decided this year to march in the San Francisco Pride Parade. I have been in Law Enforcement for fourteen Years. I love what I do and am always proud to march in the parade. Sheriff Mike Hennessey was the first Sheriff in the USA to openly recruit Gays and Lesbians into Law Enforcement. I hope you enjoy this video.

Sory if the video is a little choppy but its hard to film while walking in a parade.

We where a very private family living in northern CA. That was untill CA passed prop 8. We have started making these videos to show that there are gay familys living in CA that value marriage and family. We hope these will destroy some of the negative stereotypes about gay families

WOW! thats is a big parade in SF! Can't believe it was overwhelming and fun!! Really shows our true colors as gay parents.

In every way, shape and form, gays make better parents than heterosexual couples do.

I think in many ways, people are finally realizing that as a fact. I'm excited about where things will go in our community once the courts rule gay marriage legal nationwide! Thank you for this great video.
