@sasktank oh and the soldiers are later what? tickling the guy while he's lying on the ground?? Read the news this soldier is being tried now. (well not fairly, his accusations are mild... but he is being charged with misusing his weapon).

If you shoot someone at close range with an assault rifle, the leg would have easily come off as that's where he was aiming. " Bound and blind-folded, this man represented no threat. He is shot by an Israeli soldier with an assault rifle while another soldier holds him.
