Lock flows are drills done in jiu jitsu (or other submission arts) that allow you to understand what to do when one submission attempt fails and what is the next submission you can do from that point. This is only ONE sequence and you there as so many additions you can add or alter from this point.

  • My teacher showed me this drill where it goes armbar from guard, takes out arm, goes to omaplata, he sits up, then triangle then back to armbar
