Why does it matter whether she's a Christian or not? Why should that even be brought up in a political debate? What's the relevance?

Kay, you support Obamas' healthcare plan, but will not step up to the plate and accept it in place of your plan right now? I will be working hard to make sure you lose next time around. Lead by example!!! Hold a town hall meeting in wilmington. We'll make sure Curtis wright shows up. You're won't hide from his radio show, will you?

Who would you have wanted to win?
Sorry, but you won't win in North Carolina without being Christian. Not yet, not at the Senate level.

If I were rich, I'd run for office knowing that I couldn't even run. Just so I can draw attention as to why I can't be elected because I don't drink the Jesus Kool Aid. It would pretty much show the world that Christians in the United States are really big assholes.

The United States was designed to be impartial to religious belief. It's when Christians bring their bronze age morals into government, we have problems like this.
