Ha ha! It is so true he said a lot of chefs have no idea how to cut the frogs. He should show us how to slaughter and clean them. Definitely will scare a lot of people as it is not for the faint of hearts. In my teens someone once showed me in a restaurant kitchen and I gathered up the courage to do it. Took a few tries. It would be hard for me to do it now.
