  • Tips for 540 please T.T

  • @ZarryTerra um, the best tip I ever got was to try and make the whole thing flow. Back when I first started learning it I had a habit of trying to plant before I jumped. When you do this you stop your momentum, and push all of your energy into the ground. When you do a 540, you should flow into it like your taking a regular step. The key is not necessarily the height of your jump, but rather the turning of your waist. I hope this helps. Just keep practicing, it took me a year to get mine.

  • They have too much spinning and flipping, should show something useful for fight

  • @flameo1000 actually that is the point of Wushu. The chinese government developed, and sponsors it in an attempt to keep Kung Fu a part of Chinese culture, but by making it less of a threat to the government. Modern Wushu is on the same level as gymnastics. It is purely a performance art, and has lost close to all of its fighting application. Application of fighting was separated into Sanda (or Sanshou), which is Chinese kickboxing.

  • What's the song title?

  • I actually don't know
