I sat in with a country band that played at Floore's in Helotes in '74. One of the old timers in the band started talking about a legendary triple neck steel player who was eight years old. He remembered that the kid was so good that when they passed the hat it came back full. He had nothing but good to say about "Little Dougie".

I grew up in Dallas in the 50's-60's and I testify, this is REAL C&W music. Not at all like what they play nowadays. Thanks for this.
