Very nice. I have made my own lox but cannot slice it so thinly and uniformly. It is hard to find wild caught salmon for lox in CA now. I don't like to use farmed salmon for lox but I do use it for wet cured, hot smoked salmon.

Just called these guys because I am looking for good quality lox at a reasonable rate. After finding their website quickly, I gave them a call and the owner answered himself!! He took my info down and hopefully will be placing a monthly order with these guys. Highly recommend them so far and can't wait to try their product.
