  • If 3 parties is better than 2, would 300 million be better than 3? What does fee market capitalism have to do with the current economic system?

  • @RU4PKR 300 million might be a bit too much, but we need more than 3 for certain.

  • @anubis2814 300 million would be a great start but ultimately a one world government with 6 billion presidents and a money supply regulated by nature might just solve the problems of which you speak.

  • @RU4PKR I'm not sure how nature can regulate money supply, unless you are discussing the Venus project with scientists and computers in charge.

  • @anubis2814 lol ... no that venus stuff is a crock ... I'm referring to whatever people voluntarily choose to use as a medium of exchange, most likely gold and silver.

  • @RU4PKR Down side of using gold and silver is that you can't actually use it in industry and if it become money then the price of it rises like crazy not being used. This causes tech and research prices to rise more. Plus gold is so rare that a nation can control all of the gold if their bank gets powerful enough like what happened before the fed was founded. Silver was better but we minted so much that inflation occurred. There is a lot of complications with using gold and silver overlooked.

  • Great set of vids enjoyed them all. As a person who's described themselves as a Libertarian all his life I'd like to add a point.

Money = power and power = authority, you simply can't have a libertarian society based around an unequal distribution of the wealth, wealth is by nature authoritarian.

Also putting a price on something (education, health, travel & so on) inhibits the liberty of those who can't afford it.

For me a prerequisite of libertarianism is finacial equality.

  • @iCalintz Your 'we' doesn't include 'me' which is the crux of the political problem. You vote to impose your will upon others or to defend yourself from this imposition by others.

  • @RU4PKR there is no such thing as a legitimate government since none are by sustained by consent of the ruled

Except Obama got in because we voted for him. Your argument makes no sense. Sorry.

  • @pkemrin agreed, no parties are needed, neither are any coerced associations, there is no such thing as a legitimate government since none are by sustained by consent of the ruled. In the end there is little difference between the ballot and a bullet.

  • I read the "critiques of Libertarianism", it was horrible. To even suggest that slavery and capitalism are compatible let alone responsible by captialist is absurd. Then the was the tired arguments agaisnt property by the "social contract". At no point did I find my self saying "That is a good point, never thought of that."

  • @RU4PKR I think that none would be better. Each person should have their own political views, and vote for people with similar views. No parties needed.

I can think universal healthcare should pass, and be against gun control. No party will sum up anyone's views, and trying to group ourselves into parties with each other only encourages us to try to adopt new political beliefs to match our new allies.

  • You used neuroeconomic research in a video! You're now my favourite YouTuber EVER!

    Seriously though, good video.
