Using circuit based conditioning we are getting Dave Brock ready for his debut with the Philidelphia Wings. Watch how effectice this bodyweight training system is.
the one thing i hate about lacrosse, the conditioning, we do 21 ladders, up AND down, and then we do agility stuff like this, really tough, but it all pays off when you make varsity ;)
@TheLaxgoalie15 same, i was 2nd string JV and 3rd string varisty, yeah not all that great but for a freshman deffinatly
