I really suggest that u dont use silencer because, I used silencer on a nuketown map snd i shot a guy right in the chest and it only hurt him, then next match I took silencer off and did the same and it was a 1 hit kill. So i thing that u shouldnt use silencer and only variable zoom to also have hardend on and get better kills rather that varibale and silencer to have warlord on. what i use is L96 with variable, claymore, tomahawk, concussion, ninja, scout, and hardend.Then I had a 32 killstreak

THANK GOD THERE IS A REAL SNIPER OUT THERE! In MW2 I try to annoy quickscopers as much as I can. And I change the camo to my sniper class according to the map. I use Scavenger, cold-blooded, and steady aim, with claymores and smoke grenades, On hardcore I use an M21 silencer, ALWAYS use a silencer, and on regular, intervention or 50 cal, and I use M9 silenced. I am looving stealth snipers, and my reason against quickscoping is that do you see dumbasses in the army doing that? No! Thanks :)

Since when is hardscoping an issue? Quickscoping, especially in Black Ops, is impossible, obnoxious, and useless. Hard scoping is how you get kils with a sniper froim far away instead of rushing in real close and being obnoxious. Even in MW2, I don't know how people quickscope because it never worked for me. And I'm pretty sure that Infinidy Ward never said "Oh, let's make is so people can get in real close with a long range weapon and only scope in for a matter of seconds".

@Yaman9x So variable zoom is the way to go as it also increases your accuracy and your chances of getting that one shot kill. You are vulnerable to other players and that is your main weakness as you are exposed without a suppressor. Weigh the risks. The PSG1 is a on hit kill from the waist up as is the L96 with any attachment. The difference is the fire rate as the PSG1 is semi-auto and the L96 is bolt action. Typically its better to go with PSG1 although its really up to preference. Cya!

@Yaman9x Sorry buddy but your the one who is stuck in MW2 as cold blooded was the perk in that game and ghost is the perk in Black Ops. Anyway, your stealth factor is lost when you don't have a suppressor, unless you get a one shot kill. With a suppressor it is not easy to get a one shot kill as CoD is stupid and reduces the bullet damage, so you will need to take another shot and by that time you may have already been discovered.
