Ido not know if the BOPE is the best,but the more experienced!may not have the best weapons,but uses weapons of war against crime,is the only police using weapons of war against crime(Bren,HK21,Barret.50,HK76

bope has the best soldiers then any other special police forces.. better trained then swat but the problem is the guns arent as good as swat guns thats why swat would win.. i mean the guns on swat and any other american military, sf, or spf have alsome guns while brazil isnt as rich as america and the guns really suck.

@ARCHERKESTREL1 special forces competitions does not mean you're the best because all the special forces do not participate ex: SEALS,GROM,SAS,Commando Marine, SBS,S13, Jaegerkorpset etc....all these special forces never participate in these competitions....and maroon berets are military special forces not police or military police force
