@GopherVids since fallout 3 raises your level to thirty does that make the level cap to sixty ?!

@Crumpstmper Not sure, but there are so many mods that let you control you level cap I would not worry about it. I use mods that reduce the speed I level at so I will be lucky to hit lvl 50 even doing both FO3 and FNV on the same character :)

dang i feel stupid.....i have 64 bit as well but i dont chande the settings because i like them the way they are

@9000888sora So do I, but Debut Video Capture software throws a wobbler when the cool settings are on and turns them off. It is pretty ugly, but it doesn't give me a choice and apart from that the software works perfectly.

he is using a 32 bit version....your probably used to the 64 bit version.

@9000888sora Windows 7 SP1 64bit. Are you guys getting confused because the aero glass effects are all turned off and the theme is set to the classic one? That is automatic the second I turn on the program that records my desktop. I think it does that to improve performance, or because those special effects interfere with the recording or something.

@TheFireGhost93 If I upload a new version tomorrow can you check it out and see if you notice a difference? It may be my machine does not like the encoding settings I used, but for everyone else it looks fine. I will upload the new one tomorrow hopefully, but if noone notices a difference I will remove it :)
