I have bought this DVD and it's amazing! I use it to supplement my regular Wing Chun training. My sifu for some reason doesn't like to use kicks very much and we don't do very many kicking drills. Frankly, I wasn't satisfied with that and started to look elsewhere. That's when I came across Gary Lam's DVDs. They are top notch. I've also gotten the Awesome Kicking DVD and especially liked the part with the tire kicking. I salute Sifu Gary Lam for making these!

It is more like this. Live a good long life full of wing chun disciples that take you to to dinner because you are one hell of a master that has devoted your entire life to making others better at an incredible martial art. You have to earn such a prosperous looking belly. : )
