this is my cover of bari improv from august rush, and was originally composed by guitar god Kaki King. i'm sorry if this doesn't cut the butter for you, but i've never taken real lessons save for a short holiday course and this is the first slap guitar song i've played, also the first full song i've played. it's a bit choppy and the single notes do sound rather weak [damn nylon strings!] but i've tried, and i hope this doesn't crack you computer screen. enjoy.

  • Tiiiight. Did you use an amp? It doesn't sound like you did, but it sounds awesome.

  • nope, no amp. :D

  • haha i love it

  • coolio :)

  • that sounded pretty good..

did u learn it by ear?? cuz if u did that's wicked.

  • thanks!

the tuning was given to me by poopface617, and the rest i figured out on the piano, at which i am more proficient at than the guitar, which doesn't take much anyway LOL.
