NOTE: I showed a Audio Podcast using only MP3 Output for video podcasting its basically the same just make sure you record with your software and if you want edit it then output through your podcast directory Podbean etc in a compatible format .AVI or whatever if its not then look into converting it with software like "MediaCoder"
Then upload to your rss

-Audacity
-Snd Recorder
-Podcast Software

Save as MP3 or compatabile File

Upload to Directory or RSS

Link Rss with Service
-itunes
-Zune Market place etc
