Dendritic cell and melanoma tumour cell interaction. The tumour cells are labelled red with a DIi marker, the dendritic cells are not labelled.

No problem - the dendritic cells were CD14+ve selected and matured, so I don't think it is a T cell.

I didn't mean to post that comment about apoptosis and the T-cell on this video. Whoops.

This video looks like apoptosis induced by a T-cell.
what the hell is that big DC in the middle doing? is it trying to phagocytose the cancer cell? DCs cant eat whole cells? can they?
