what about front-Left-Wheel-Drive.... and yes i mean just one wheel putting the power down ! ! thats even less driveline loss! 500hp to the crank, is like 496hp to the front left wheel!! and you'd have killer right-turn capabilities ! ! ! and so-so left turn traction... and one disc brake on the front right wheel, imagine the weight savings ! ! that car would rock !

Yeah because all of those 200+ mph F1 cars are AWD. Otherwise they'd be slow. Right. Gotcha.

That's not true. AWD is great for putting power to the ground but by no means does it enable you to corner faster. It's still just as susceptible to over-steer if you're driving it improperly. Or understeer, even.

Awd is not faster. They may have better cornering capabilities, but as far as speed goes, rwd is faster. Hence the reason a Vette or Viper will smoke a GTR or Gallardo in anything past a quarter mile. And like the other guy said, stupid "are you 14" questions show your lack of maturity.
