The Suspended Chain Barbell Good Morning is a Bilateral Barbell movement that is utilized to build a stronger low, middle, and upper back. The Barbell suspended on the chains enable the athlete to focus on the concentric portion of the lift, thus performing the lift at your weakest point as the lift has next to no eccentric loading.
