Retired California Superior Court Judge James Gray says we can hurt gangs and cartels by legalizing and regulating all drugs after spending years locking people up in the "war on drugs." Judge Gray is now a member of Law Enforcement Against Prohibition, which any citizen can join at http://www.CopsSayLegalizeDrugs.com.

@herrsexyhosen because, while they should be legal, drugs are definitely dangerous just as alcohol is dangerous. When there is a danger to a product it must be regulated and made sure that it is safe. If drugs weren't regulated the companies would put all kinds of shit in it that make it more addictive and more harmful the same way cigarette companies do that in poverty-stricken foreign countries. Drugs should be legal for the same purpose that they should be regulated; Safety.

This was the #1 question in every town hall meeting President Obama has had, and yet he still snickers and marginalizes it like it's nothing.
Everyone knows it's less harmful than liquor, tobbacco, or viagra and has numerous medical benefits, yet because the DEA is addicted to the 10 billion per year budget they require, they fight against the inevitable tooth and nail.
Time to get some lobbyists, get a new face on this cause, and get this bitch over the hill.

ide rather my son end up smoking weed then go off drinking his liver away and possibly end up an abusive wife beater. They let things like K2, spice (fake weed), be legal and that stuff causes seizures and other harmfull effects but not harmless weed?
