Some urban pk conditioning I used to do right outside of my home when I first started. Now I vary the exercise daily. The precision at the end are wrong, they have been corrected by now, but remember to bring your knees up when doing precisions.

  • ey man, are you from iquitos¿?

  • at 0:50 are you using and your legs to push yourself up???

  • @Alance92 thankyou :)

  • @XxEpIcXSnIpEeZxX 1st muscle: latissimus dorsi(back). 2nd muscle:biceps :)

  • Another example would be within a backflip, your muscle memory is programmed slowly to apply 1.set 2.rotation 3.landing. Applying this principle to a jump to cat, you have the set, which requires coordination of the arms and legs to get your height, rotation doesnt apply, however similar to landing a backflip when say coming in contact with a wall, knees are bent and the balls of the feet are used to conteract the impact, arms are retracted to lessen impact force.

  • actually this is not true. While flips themselves cant directly be applied to parkour movements, broken down they can. A flip teaches your brain to coordinate multiple muscle actions/responses at the same time. It also in itself is a form of conditioning if you dont use an over amount of momentum to accomplish moves. To flow from one flip to another teaches reaction time as well as percision upon landing. While flips cant be directly related, they can infact improve other areas of parkour.

good, i'm thankful that i could help, and its good that you're breaking in your training routine. i have a group of friends i train with, they push me harder, because i'm always in constant competition with them.

so training with a friend who is equal/slightly better can be great for quick learning, or progression.

  • @ProjectAlphaDubstep Thanks for the tips, It's been going great my arms and abs were very sore but now I think my body is adapting to my new regime. I didn't know that training barefoot helps but I have been going barefoot for a long time ironically. Training has been going great, and my friend even offered to point me in the right direction of a parkour group.

  • @Blkdrmz

well done, i hope that goes well for you. :)

you should remember to always train on both sides, and to focus on correct technique.

barefoot training is great for perfecting technique, because when wearing cushioned trainers, they have a high forgiveness (prevention of damage/uncomfort) and if you train barefoot, your body adapts to use the correct technique. although excessive barefoot training is not advised, you may wish to alternate days between training regimes.
