The final portfolio of Project Why's Okhla Center Classes 4 and 5 Boys and Girls. Class instructed by David Schlenker, Skidmore College, Class of 2013. Living as slum children in the recycling dump for Delhi's 12 million residents, the students of Project Why's Okhla center honed their ideas and creativity through photography to express their views of life for a child in the Okhla Phase One section of New Delhi. What we see is a life surprisingly optimistic and humble. Please enjoy!
Note: All components of the photography, editing and portfolio selection processes were conducted by the students of Project Why with the assistance of teacher, David Schlenker. For more information, please contact project email@example.com
