@ThePinkMan pretty damn cool. kinda ahead of its time. i dont think ADCC was even up and running yet. And those were some big names at the time, in the wrestling/grappling community at least. Very cool, i like the idea.

@ods1ODS It was a pay-per-view grappling contest called "Contenders." It was held in the mid-90's. It was trying to bank on the success of the early no-holds-barred UFC events, but didn't want to attract any controversy.
The other matches I remember are Kenny Monday (Olympic gold-medalist wrestler) vs. Matt Hume and Tom Erikson vs. Tsuyoshi Kohsaka.
