I was stoked to see Paul Nison at the Raw Spirit east coast festival. Being a fellow east coaster, Paul and I hit it off with our northeastern lingo LOL. In this interview Paul shares how he overcame IBD when he was told there was no cure, at a high risk for cancer, and that would eventually have to have his colon taken out. After 'coincidentally' moving right next to the Hippocrates Health Institute in Florida, he was able to find the education he needed in order to heal himself.

Paul's new book The Daylight Diet is out now and discusses the importance of eating at the right times throughout the day.

Thank you, Great Video i will share!! East Coasters are more educated and conservative! I'm an health conscious North Eastern born (N. VA). West Coasters didn't get my humor either. They are more relaxed and every way out here almost to the point of no culture. I've lived in AZ and CO. They are more spacey here ie...i see more people crossing the road out here without looking for cars, duh! I do miss that part from the East Coast

i believe it when i see a 90 y/o prancing around and crediting the raw food diet. the only 90 y/o i see are the meat eaters and the smokers and drinkers.

I also had IBD and the doctors told me there was no cure, but I have cured it WITH raw food. This guy ain't trying to BS you guys - I'm living proof!
