This routine would not be effective at building strength. The only benefit I could see from a routine like this, would be about 300 calories burned at a non stop rate, and a temporary mild spike in metabolism. Skip lunch and wrap this up with a lean protein shake and it could have minimal benefit.

@kriskhaira it's a basic warm-up exercise done by soccer players usually! Works the core AND lower body when done properly. Watch your knees though.
