xsparkage contest entry: JEM

Just kinda threw this together for the contest. I've been wanting to enter contests, but just haven't had the time to be playing around with makeup unfortunately. I couldn't resist the cartoon theme one. I wish I could have done so much more with this, but yes, time is not my friend at the moment. Anyway, yup here it is. The cartoon I chose was Jem, but I chose Stormer as my inspiration cuz she was always my favorite character.
