Launching from East face of Mam Tor and landing in the Mam Tor bottom landing field, this route through the picturesque Winnats Pass is only possible in very light winds and by pilots with some experience.

  • Thanks for that - made that same trip a few times in the past but never got to film it so it was a nice reminder! The bottom landing's always further away than you think when you pop out over Speedwell!

  • @firstopinion

Glad to remind you! It really is good fun, eh? You're right about the bottom landing, although on this occasion I lost a lot of height in the pass but floated all the way from Speedwell to the landing.

  • Thanx mihajlo777. It's a Nova Artax.
