  • Isn't it incredibly bad for your joints to work out with heavy weights like that?

  • @KeroroGunsouTX - It could be if you don't know what you're doing! Proper mobility, joint health, and lifting technique must be combined with heavy weight in order to lift safely. Everyone in this video has been lifting kettlebells for years, and has also developed proper joint strength and health through mobility drills and nutrition. Each has also progressed at a steady pace... you can't go from lifting 8kg to throwing 48kgs around overnight

  • EXCELENT!!!!!

  • Very cleanly done. My old soviet father says that's exactly how they used to roll in the motherland, except they threw them further.

  • What music is this?

  • @davidmason5 Holding the kettlebell with both hands, stand with your feet slightly further than shoulder width apart. Let your forearms connect to your hips and thrust your hips to give the bell momentum, attempt to bring the bell to chest height then just let gravity bring the bell down. Use the strength in your arms as little as possible. Keep your head up and do not let the bell drop below your knees. My two cents. GL

  • How does one do the kettlebell swing without hurting their back?

  • its always funny untill someone get hurt, and then its just hilarious

  • @Coolbird00 The throwing too each other while walking.

  • 0:48 and 2:00, omg! :)
