@015zx i'm not sure what you have but most grow-lamps should do the trick if you want to grow a flytrap in doors

My flytrap is like the one in the video during summer and autumn,but then winter comes,it retreats into a tiny phat of a thing.....

my plant receives only natural light, but i think you should use bulbs that send out light similar to natural light... but i don't know what bulbs do that

what do you do when your plant goes to dormency?
do you put it in yr friedge?

my plant is always on the same place near the window and i never put them into fridge (the plant need much direct sunlight!)
