I just watched Doris Day sing another Matt Dennis tune "It's Magic" on TCM.... Brought tears to my eyes. My wife and I meii Matt Dennis. .

My wife to be and I used to catch Matt at the Lighthouse in Redondo Beach and enjoyed him immensely. . He was a fantastic entertainer as well as a talented songwriter.
