    Your hair is sooo beautiful :O and I love how long your nails are, but just how exactly do you give yourself a scalp massage of your nails are this long? Mine Always break or I hurt my head :(

    Hmm, if you have thick hair and "need" to straighten? My hair is super thick and curly and I never straighten. Straightening is a preference, not a need. It should be seen as a styling option and taken with great care. Grapeseed oil is a heat protectant. I like the other info, though my hair is hip length and I never took supplements. I will try it though because I want my hair to be healthy and I'm breastfeeding.

    Use your fingers and just very gently rub your scalp. They also sell tools that are supposed to give scalp massages, maybe try amazon?
