You can get water by buying the " Pirates of the Caribbean Premium Level Kit" because its in the pack, it will cost £4.79 / €5.99 / US $5.99 / AUS $ 9.95 / NZD $11.50

I don't know how the ps-store looks like in india but i'll give it a try:

1. Go to the Playstation store.

2. Search for the game LBP

3. look for the levelkits

4. choose the Pirates of the Caribbean level pack.
