Correct. The front wing attack angle can only be adjusted by the team (in the garage or during a pit stop). The rear wing flap is where the DRS zone action happens.

Drivers cannot adjust the front wing inside the car. That was introduced in 2009 and has since been disallowed I believe. Now the pit crew have to do it during a stop.
