i thought they did

on my vietnamese version it said that the marriage was delayed... but only for a little while

so i think they got married after they sort out all of the problem. Beside, if they are not married

we would have gotten more Ranma, since the story is driven by the tension between them, and by the end of volume 38, we can clearly see that they are in love
