[PM] Pokémon Platinum - Champion Cynthia (2)

No Pokémon changes for Cynthia since I couldn't think of anything that would work, so she just got a slight level boost and a few edited movesets. Outrage turned out to be quite advantageous and Garchomp was the only real threat in the whole battle; Champion battles are always quite fun though.
